How Spyvero subscriptions, monthly credits, top-ups, and Paddle checkout work.
Credits and Billing
Credits are Spyvero's metered usage unit for audits and heavy processing. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
Monthly plan credits
Current MVP tiers are:

Monthly credits may reset, expire, or be limited by your plan. Unused monthly credits do not automatically convert to cash or roll over unless Spyvero says so in the app or checkout terms.

The app shows the expected credit cost before starting an audit. Credits are consumed when an audit or paid processing workflow starts, because external scraping and compute costs begin immediately.
Top-ups
Paid users may buy one-time credit top-ups when enabled. The MVP top-up package is 100 extra credits for $20. Top-up credits are applied to the active organization and are subject to the terms shown at checkout and in the Refund Policy.
Paddle checkout
Spyvero uses Paddle for supported subscription and credit checkout flows. Paddle may collect payment method details, billing contact details, tax information, fraud signals, and transaction metadata under Paddle's own terms and privacy policy. Spyvero stores billing status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, credit allocation, and transaction references needed to operate the account.
Cancellations
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period or restore credits already consumed by audits.
